Planning a Vacation with the Family? Leaving Town on a Road Trip??If your student will be out of school for 3 days or more for a planned absence, please print and complete the Student pre-approved absence form below. Then return the form to the office 5-7 days prior to the absences.

Absences more that 48 hours past not called in will NOT be excused.
